Guidelines

Terms & Conditions

The terms that apply when you work with us

You need to follow some terms to ensure a secured Raster To Vector service experience, y. Those terms and conditions are eligible when you visit our website, request a quote, place an order, or use our services. Continue use of our website means you agree to these terms. So, please read them carefully before placing an order.

Using Our Website

You can use rastertovector.ca in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. The website, its content, service descriptions, forms, graphics, and other materials are provided for service-related use. You may not use the website in a way that could damage its operation.

We have the right to update, change, suspend, or remove parts of the website when necessary. We can do that without being required to maintain every feature permanently.

Requesting Our Raster-to-Vector Services

When you request a service, you are responsible for providing images and instructions that allow us to understand what needs to be created.

Depending on the project, you need to provide:

  • A JPG, PNG, or other raster image
  • Project requirements
  • Specific instructions for the finished vector
  • Any other information needed to complete the project

Please make sure the files you submit are clear enough for us to assess the work accurately.

Quotes and Pricing

Quotes are based on the information available to us when the project is reviewed.

If the actual artwork is different from the information initially provided, the quoted price may need to be reconsidered before the work proceeds.

A quote does not automatically confirm an order. Work begins after the required order and payment arrangements have been completed.

Prices shown on the website could be changed from time to time. Any pricing applicable to an existing approved order will be handled according to the quotation for that project.

Artwork You Submit

You are responsible for the files, images, logos, illustrations, photographs, and other materials you provide to us. You confirm that you have the necessary rights or permission to have that artwork traced as a vector. You should not submit material that you are not legally permitted to use or have processed.

What Our Service Includes

Our raster-to-vector service includes recreating suitable raster artwork as vector artwork using the requirements agreed for the project. The final result will include vector paths, shapes, colours, text elements, and other components appropriate to the requested output.

The amount of detail that can be recreated depends on the quality of the original image. Extremely low-quality, damaged, unclear, and highly imaged need additional work.

If the source image contains unclear details, we may need to interpret some elements during the vectorization process.

Turnaround and Delivery

We aim to complete projects within the timeframe communicated during the ordering process. Turnaround vary depending on the complexity of the project, the number of files, revisions, and other requirements. Once the completed vector files are ready, they will be delivered using the applicable delivery method for the project.

Revisions

We understand that a finished vector file sometimes needs adjustments. If revisions are included with your order, you can request reasonable changes relating to the agreed instructions.

Revision requests should clearly explain what needs to be changed. Requests that are different from the original project will be treated as additional work. Providing clear instructions when placing an order helps to reduce unnecessary revisions.

Final Note

These Terms & Conditions are explained to establish a clear understanding between Raster to Vector and its customers. Those guidelines cover the general conditions for using our website including the ordering process.

If a particular project includes requirements that are not covered here, those requirements will be discussed separately before the work begins. Also, we have the right to change those terms when needed.
